LeadMagic offers several subscription options designed to meet different business needs. You'll find information about our current plans and what each includes in the app.

How to Purchase a Subscription

  1. Log in to your LeadMagic account

  2. Go to https://app.leadmagic.io/dashboard/purchase-credits

Managing Your Subscription

Checking Your Usage and Limits

Dashboard View

Your current usage statistics are displayed on the main dashboard it the top left of the display.

Detailed Usage Reports

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Credit History"

  2. View detailed reports on Credits consumed and API Usage.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

Upgrading Your Plan

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time. Since LeadMagic is based on a credit system, your existing credits will transfer as you upgrade your plan.

  • Your current subscription will end immediately, and the new subscription date will begin at that time.

Downgrading Your Plan

  • You can downgrade your plan at any time and it will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Keep in mind - an Essential plan is required for credits to rollover each month.

Invoices and Receipts

Accessing Invoices

We deliver the invoice upon charging you for your subscription. You can access past invoices and/or setup invoice forwarding in the platform under Settings > Billing

Cancellation and Refunds

We value your business, but understand there may be a time where you need to cancel. This is done under Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription

Important Notes:

  • When a subscription is cancelled, you'll have access to your account and credits until the end of the billing cycle.

  • At that time any remaining credits will be deactivated and unusable.

  • LeadMagic does not provide refunds.
