How Credits Work

LeadMagic credits function as a flexible currency that can be used across all our enrichment services. Each service has a different credit cost based on the complexity and value of the data provided.

  • Credits are deducted when enrichment is successful

  • Different enrichment types have different credit costs

  • Credits can be shared across team members within an organization

  • Unused credits roll over each month (on paid plans)

  • You can purchase additional credits at any time

Using Credits Efficiently

Here are some tips to maximize the value of your credits:

  1. Start with validation: Use Email Validation (20 validations per credit) to clean your list before other enrichment

  2. Batch processing: Process records in bulk rather than individually

  3. Target your enrichment: Only enrich the fields you actually need

  4. Prioritize by value: Focus on high-value prospects for comprehensive enrichment

  5. Monitor usage: Track credit consumption in Settings > Usage & Billing

Credit Management for Teams

When working with a team:

  1. Access organization settings by clicking your name in the top left corner

  2. Switch from "Personal Account" to your organization

  3. Go to Settings > Team to manage members

  4. Use the three dots next to each team member to share credits

  5. Allocate credits between team members based on priorities

Tracking Credit Usage

To understand your credit consumption:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings > Usage & Billing

  2. Review the Credit Usage Report to identify:

    • Highest consumption activities

    • Team members using the most credits

    • Projects with disproportionate usage

    • Usage trends over time

Purchasing Additional Credits

If you need more credits:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Select "Purchase Credits"

  3. Choose a credit package or contact sales for custom options

  4. Complete the purchase to add credits immediately to your account
